ABA Beta Terms and Conditions

Version aba-beta-terms-2026-10-04 · 4 October 2026

1. Your business workspace

ABA Beta is operated by Aether InfiniMini Solutions Corp. These terms govern your use of ABA Beta. By creating a business workspace, you confirm that you are authorized to administer that business and accept these terms for that use. Use accurate business details and your own signed-in account.

New business registration is automatically approved and makes the registrant that business's administrator. This does not verify the business's legal identity or authorize access to any existing company. Joining an existing business remains subject to its administrator's approval.

2. Free Ultimate access during beta

New businesses receive free Ultimate access under the ABA Beta offer. No payment is required for this offer, no expiry is currently configured, and registration does not authorize future charges. Ultimate currently has no configured limit on locations or users. For help adding locations or setting up your business, request assistance in Support.

Beta software is still being improved and may contain errors, interruptions or changing features. Check important operational results and keep appropriate copies of business records. Beta access does not promise uninterrupted service or that every planned Ultimate feature is already available.

Changes to the beta offer, availability or plan limits will be explained before they take effect. Any future paid subscription requires a separate offer and your affirmative agreement; the free beta offer is not a promise of permanent free access.

3. Accounts, permissions and company separation

Keep your sign-in account secure. Administrators are responsible for authorizing their team, selecting suitable permissions, and promptly removing access when it is no longer needed. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, or invite users without authority.

Access only the companies and records for which you have authorization. Do not attempt to view, change, export or obtain another company's account, tickets, files or operational data. An accidental exposure does not grant permission: stop accessing it and report it through Support without copying or distributing it.

4. Your records and lawful use

You retain your rights in the records and content you submit. You authorize their processing as needed to provide the service, handle support and secure the service, as explained in the Privacy Policy. This does not grant unrelated advertising or publication rights in your business records.

Submit only information you are authorized to use and ensure that affected employees, customers and other individuals receive appropriate notices and that a lawful basis exists for processing their data. Your signup acceptance is not consent on their behalf. Do not upload passwords, authentication secrets, full payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive personal information into tickets or evidence.

ABA helps manage operations; your business remains responsible for checking its transactions, records, employment decisions and other legal obligations.

5. Fair use and abuse review

Do not create deceptive or repetitive signups to evade restrictions, send spam, upload unlawful content or malware, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass permissions, or overload the service. Free Ultimate remains subject to these rules even where no location or user limit is configured.

Registration and security activity may be reviewed to detect abuse as described in the Privacy Policy. Access may be restricted or suspended where needed to investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with law. Contact Support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Any review of your records must be limited to authorized service, support or security purposes.

6. Getting support or requesting locations

After signing in, open Support and choose Report a Problem. Select a category, describe what happened and the steps to reproduce it, add a screenshot or diagnostic reference if available, and submit the ticket. Follow the ticket for replies and status updates. Avoid including other people's unnecessary personal information.

For security or privacy concerns, choose Security / Privacy. If you cannot complete signup or access Support, email the general business contact aetherinfinimini@gmail.com with a concise description and any diagnostic reference. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal records by email. For help with additional locations or setup, choose Feature Request and explain what you need. Requests are reviewed; filing a request does not guarantee a specific feature or completion date.

7. Updates, leaving beta and your rights

Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they apply and published with a new version. Your recorded acceptance remains associated with the version presented at signup; where renewed agreement is needed, you will be asked to accept the new version.

You may stop using ABA and request help with account closure or access to your records through Support. Handling of retained information and requests is explained in the Privacy Policy and remains subject to applicable legal obligations.

These terms do not exclude mandatory rights or remedies under applicable law, including Philippine data-privacy law.
